3cheese3 Cheese Mac & Cheese

An awesome mac and cheese recipe submitted by my 15 year old son. It is an elevated version of the traditional mac and Cheese.




2- Cups Elbow Macaroni
12oz- Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
1/2- Cup Milk
2/3- Cup Shredded Cheese
1/2- Cup Bread Crumbs



Preheat oven to 350. Cook Mac like it says on the package. Drain the water and return to the pan. Add cubed cheese and milk. Stir and heat on low till melted. Spread mix in bottom of a casserole dish, a small one, we have a white one that is fine. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Cook for 10 minutes. Until golden brown and bubbly.
