This is a recipe I don’t make for large potlucks, but for small gatherings it is great. I have also used chicken tenders instead of breasts to cut costs. When I make it for church I will make a pan of white rice, cut the chicken into chunks and mix the chicken and sauce with the rice and call it a Russian chicken casserole. They all think I’m fancy when really I am trying to make the food feed more last longer.
6- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1- 8oz Russian Salad Dressing
1- Package Onion Soup mix
1- Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
Place Chicken in baking dish. Layer on the salad dressing, soup mix and cranberry sauce. Cover and bake 30 mins. Or until tender. Serve over rice.
