Everyone knows that macaroni salad is a staple at any potluck. This is a great recipe to put in your recipe box and whip it out from time to time.
2- Cups Cooked Macaroni Elbows
1/2- Cup Sour Cream
1- Cup Helmans Mayo
2- TBSP Dijon Mustard
2- TBSP Milk
1- TBSP Black Pepper
1/2- Cup Red Bell Pepper
1/2- Cup Green Bell Pepper
1 1/2- Cups Sliced Green Onions (tops & bottoms)
1 1/2- Cups Cubed Sharp Chedder Cheese
1- Cup Diced Midget Sweet Pickles
Combine macaroni, sour cream, mayo, mustard, and milk and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and fold it. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
