I don’t know about you, but here, in Texas, we take our salsa seriously. If a Mexican restaurant does not have good salsa, no matter how good the food is, we pass. One of Stretch’s(husband) favorite places to east is Seven Salsa’s. Yep, this restaurant has seven different salsas. So when stretch said he was gonna learn how to make salsa, it was a process. About six months, and 12 to 14 different salsa combinations later this is what he came up with. Enjoy!

8- Roma Tomato
4- Cloves Garlic
1- TSP Cumin
1- TBSP Sugar
1/3- Bunch of Cilantro
8- Jalapenos
1 1/2- TSP Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 Large Onion
1-TBSP Vinegar
1- TSP Olive Oil

Mix in food processor until desired consistency and serve. The longer it sets the better it gets.
