Confetti Spaghetti

confettiConfetti Spaghetti

Pasta of any kind is a huge comfort food around here and if it has a funny name, bonus!! That makes this spaghetti great for my family and church. Confetti Spaghetti is basically a way to turn spaghetti into a casserole, which is always easier to travel with and you can just throw it in the oven on warm or in the warmer during church and pull it out when someone rings the dinner bell. This Confetti Spaghetti has onions, peppers, and tomatoes, it also has a zesty zip from the spices.

1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
14 1/2oz Diced Tomatos
1 TBSP Stevia
1/8 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Chili Powder
1/2 TSP Pepper
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
8oz Tomato Sauce

Cook spaghetti according to the package (al dente). Brown beef, bell pepper and onion in a skillet. Drain beef, stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar and other spices. Drain spaghetti ans mix with other ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
