The holidays are upon us and what says the holiday season better than pecan pie. People around here love a good pecan pie and I love to cook easy recipes, especially when you are cooking for a group. If there is an easier pecan pie recipe out there, please share. Every minute counts at my house. I have a broken down the recipe for a 9 inch pie or an 8 inch pie, to help with differing pie pan sizes.

Ingredients:john-14-6

9-inch

Pie pastry or crust

3 eggs

2/3 Cup of Sugar

1/2 TSP Salt

1/3 Cup Butter Melted

1 Cup Light Corn Syrup

1 Cup pecans

8-inch

Pie Pastry or crust

2 eggs

1/2 Cup of Sugar

1/4 TSP Salt

1/4 Cup Butter Melted

3/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup

3/4 Cup pecans

Directions:

Beat together all ingredients, except pecans. Mix in pecans. Pour into pie pastry or crust. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set and crust is browned. Easy, right?
