BBQ-From Grandma’s Recipe Box

bbqBBQ-From Grandma’s Recipe Box

I have had this recipe more times than I can remember. A few years ago I found an old recipe box from my grandma. When I found this recipe, Literally did a happy dance. Don’t judge! When you try it you will probably do the happy dance too. We have this as a sandwich or just with some chips.

Ingredients:

2 lbs Ground beef (we use deer)temp-printable
1 Onion, chopped
1 – 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1/3 cp light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp ground Cayenne
1/8 tsp ground Clove

Directions:

Brown ground meat on medium low (about 300 on electric skillet) until most of pink disappears. Stir in onions, and cook until they are clear. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for about an hour .
