Skinny Beet Dip- 15 min Recipe
You know I like things quick and easy. When you need a dish fast that will please and surprise this is the dish for you. I love to have recipes that are low in calories, since I love food, I have to find ways to cut back while still enjoying flavor. This beet dip has 380 calories in the whole dip. Which is fabulous for people trying to watch their weight.
6 small beets(precooked and ready-to-eat)
3 tablespoons of tahini
1/2 lemon (or more to taste)
3-4 cloves of garlic
sea salt & pepper
mint and goat cheese or any other fresh herb combination
Add all the ingredients to a high speech blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Top with mint and goat cheese or your herb combination. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
