tunaAVOCADO DILL TUNA SALAD- 10 Min recipe

A few ladies at our church including myself have been watching our weight. So at potlucks we try to have some healthier options. I use Greek yogurt mayo and it gives this salad that creamy goodness everyone loves.  To keep that creaminess coming, I  inserted my favorite healthy fat of all time! AVOCADO!  This stuff packs the creamy and works perfectly with dill to make this tuna salad bright and perfect for spring.  I also added fun stuff like red onion, chopped pickles and cucumber to add the crunch that you need with the creamy. Every once in a while if I have a few eggs I will boil up a couple, chop them up and toss them in. This salad is great stand alone, but it is fabulous as a sandwich or with crackers.
