Crunchy Tuna Salad

All You, Back to School, LunchCrunchy Tuna Salad

My husband and son don’t really care for salads, but I can’t seem to fix enough of this one. It makes a quick, refreshing lunch.


2 Cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese


1 Can (6 1/4 Oz) Tuna In Water, Drained And Flaked


1/4 Cup Carrot, Chopped


1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped


1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped


1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed


1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


2 Pita Bread, Cut In 1/2 Or Triangles


Tomato Wedges


Cucumber Slices


Mix all ingredients except pita breads, tomato and cucumber. Fill each pita half with tuna mixture, tomato and cucumber or arrange tomato and cucumber and pita triangles on 4 serving plates; top with tuna mixture.
