Stretch Loves meat loaf. I think it’s a guy thing. I was given this recipe with a handful of other recipes that are copycats from various restaurant chains around the country.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Meat Mixture:
1 1/2 lb. Lean ground chuck
1/2 C. Minced oinions
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
3/4 C. Drained diced tomatoes
3/4 C. Plain bread Crumbs
1 Egg
Topping:
3/4 C. Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Preparation Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in first list until well blended. Place in a lightly greased Bread Pan and bake at 350 for 3/4hr. Remove from oven and drain excess grease from pan. Mix tomato sauce and sugar together and pour over the meatloaf and place back in the oven to finish baking until done about 1/2 hr depending on the oven.

NOTE: This is better if you use a good quality of ground meat. Use at least a ground chuck, but preferably a ground round.
