15 Minute Cheesy Chili ‘N Rice Skillet
This is a super easy recipe that is hearty and delicious. Its a fast dish you can make on the fly.
- 1 Can Hormel Chili with Beans
- 1 Can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
- 2 Cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- Jalapenos to garnish
Bring chili, tomatoes and water to boil in large skillet.
Add rice and process cheese spread; sprinkle with jalapenos. Cover. Cook until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
