Chicken Breast Piccata

This Chicken Piccata recipe is a simple yet super impressive chicken dish. This piccata is made with a tasty lemon, butter and capers sauce. Perfect with pasta for a quick and delicious dinner.




  • 4 chicken breasts, boned & split
  • Flour, seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic
  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 3 lemons (1 for garnish)
  • 3 oz capers
  • 1/4 Cup chopped parsley

Pound chicken breasts lightly, dredge in seasoned flour and brown in butter. Pour juice of 2 lemons over chicken. Reduce heat, cover and cook 8 – 10 minutes. Add capers & parsley; stir & baste chicken with pan juices.
