Cheesy Breakfast Biscuit Sammich

In honor of National Sandwich Day. This is my sons recipe. He refused to allow me to type sandwich in the title, because he said, “if its ham its a sammich.” It is a pretty tasty breakfast though.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1- Tube Biscuits
8- Slices of Cooked Ham Chopped or Sliced
8oz- Velveeta Cheese, Sliced

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Place the biscuit on baking sheets and bake till golden brown, about 13 min. Open each biscuit and place ham and cheese on biscuit bottom. Cover with top and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
